Primacare wire ladder splint. These pliable metal splints can be used individually or in multiples to achieve the rigidity desired in straight splinting of upper and lower extremities. The ladder splints are easily bent to conform to the angle of injury when necessary. Two or more splints provide maximum immobilization. Measures 24-inches length by 3-inches width.
